  • Goals and alignment meeting with manager of person to be coached.

  • Chemistry check

  • Assessments

  • In-depth 360-degree stakeholder interviews

  • Selection of 1-3 high-leverage behaviors to change

  • A personalized development plan

  • Calibrated experimentation in context followed by reflection, feedback, and with coach as appreciative, inquiring accountability partner.

  • More frequent sessions at the start, then bi-weekly.

  • Progress measurement, fine tuning direction, sharpening goals

  • Periodic or wrap-up alignment meeting with manager

  • Follow-up sessions to reinforce and sustain behavior change

  • All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom
